Mohammed Yakub, v. The State Of Telangana,
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No. 6593 of 2017 ORDER:
This writ petition is filed challenging the action of respondent No.3-Station House Officer, Jawaharnagar Police Station, Cyberabad, Ranga Reddy District, in calling the petitioners to the Police Station, threatening them not to use the mulgi and the room bearing premises No.7-116 of Balajinagar, Jawaharnagar Gram Panchayat, Shameerpet Mandal, Ranga Reddy District and interfering in civil disputes.
Learned Government Pleader for Home, on the basis of written instructions, submits that one K.Satyanarayana lodged a complaint on 28.02.2017 claiming right over the subject property and stating that a civil dispute is pending. On receipt of the said complaint, an entry was made in the Station General Diary and since it was noticed that the dispute between the complainant and the petitioners appears to be civil in nature, they were advised to seek redressal from the competent civil Court. He further submits that the present writ petition is filed on mere apprehension and the Police never summoned the petitioners to the Police Station nor interfered with the subject property. He also submits that the petitioner is not at all required in any of the cases so far registered on the file of Jawaharnagar Police Station.
In view of the same, no further orders are necessary in the present writ petition.
The writ petition is accordingly closed.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. ________________________ A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO,J Dt:08.03.2017 kdl
