Since the subject matter of these writ petitions is same, they are heard together and disposed of by this common order. In all these writ petitions, the petitioners allege that the respondents are trying to demolish their respective structures, without giving any notice and without following due process of law, for the purpose of road widening.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that without allocation of the funds, the respondent-authorities are trying to demolish the respective structures of the petitioners. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Roads and Buildings, on the other hand, submits that the respondentauthorities shall follow due process of law before taking any action.

In view of the submission made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader, the writ petitions are disposed of directing the respondent-authorities not to demolish the respective structures of the petitioners, without following due process of law. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in these writ petitions shall also stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
