in Phase (lll) counselling in the colleges affiliated to 2nd respondent university for the academic year 2022-23.

lA NO: 1 OF 2022 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the 2nd respondent to permit the petitioner to participate in the ensuing counseling for admission into UG (MBBS) course UG (MBBS) course in Category 'B' in (Phase-lll) counseling for the Academic Year 2022-23 pending disposal of the above writ petition.
