Heard.

Aggrieved by the order dated 18-06-2015 passed by the 3rd respondent under Section 6 of the Land Encroachment Act, the petitioner has filed an appeal before the 2nd respondent and the same is pending. On instructions, learned Government Pleader states that the appeal is posted for hearing on 04-07-2015.

Since the petitioner complains of demolition of the structures, pending appeal, let the status-quo existing as on today to continue and the 2nd respondent shall consider the appeal of the petitioner on its own merits and after examining the same pass appropriate orders expeditiously. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
