Heard Sri V.Yedu Krishna Sainath, learned counsel representing Sri K. Ramamohan, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Assignment appearing on behalf of the respondents.

During the course of hearing, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioner filed this contempt case for gross violation of the order, dated 31.03.2011 passed by this Court in W.P.No.5525 of 2005. Subsequently, this Court passed another order in the very same Writ Petition on 26.04.20L8 and the order passed by this Court on 31.03.2011 is no more in existence.

In view of the subsequent order passed by this Court on 26.04.2OL8, no further adjudication is required in the present contempt case.

Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. However, the petitioner is granted liberty to avail the remedies as available under law, if any other grievances are existing. No costs.
