This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed seeking police bundobast/police protection for the stated 'Urs' festival to be held on 08.09.2018.

In view of the relief claimed in the Writ Petition, the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
