There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. The present criminal revision case is filed against the dismissal of discharge application filed under Section Cr.P.C.

vide Crl.M.P.No.1716 of 2006 in C.C.No.1747 of 2004 , dated 21.02.2011. When the matter is called, the learned Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent-State brought to the notice of this Court that C.C.No.1747 of 2004 itself ended in acquittal on 28.06.2019. Therefore, no further cause would survive in the present revision case. Accordingly, the criminal revision case is dismissed.
