Petitioner's grievance is that he has been issued a charge memo on 04.05.2017, that he has sought for certain documents in order to give explanation to the said charge memo by representation dt.08.05.2017 to the 2nd respondent and that the 2nd respondent has not furnished those documents till date. 2.

Sri B.Mayur Reddy, Standing Counsel for respondents states that the 2nd respondent will furnish the documents sought by the petitioner within a period of two (02) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

In view of the said submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to furnish the documents sought by the petitioner within a period of two (02) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
