HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A. RAMALI NGESWARA RAO Writ Petition No. 33232 of 2017 Order:

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents 4 and 5 in issuing Letter No.F20/23 dated 19.09.2017 and 18.09.2017 directing that the petitioners shall be re-engaged as CSP of Corporate BCs available on the panel of the Bank.

When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submits that the Bank issued another Circular on 06.10.2017 deciding to withdraw the impugned circular in the Writ Petition.

In view of the same, no further orders are necessary in the Writ Petition and the same is, accordingly, closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
