Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri A. Abhishek Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for the 1st respondent. These writ petitions are filed seeking the following relief - "...to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction and more particularly, one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 1st Respondent University in purporting to conduct inspection of the 2nd petitioner institution on 24.03.2016 vide its notice dated 22.03.2016 as illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional and resultantly direct the 1st Respondent to conduct inspections of the 2nd Petitioner institution on any working day.."

At the hearing both the learned counsel submit that the inspection, which is sought in these writ petitions, has already been conducted.

In that view of the matter, these writ petitions are closed. As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, in both the writ petitions shall stand closed. No order as to costs. _____________________ CHALLA KODANDA RAM, J.
