This writ petition is filed declaring the action of the 4th respondent in rejecting the application No.MU11602912616 dated 08.11.2016, as illegal and arbitrary.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to challenge the rejection order.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to challenge the rejection order passed by the 4th respondent. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
