HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 32326 of 2018 ORDER:

1) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Government Pleader for Revenue. With the consent of both the parties, the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself.

2) The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of respondent No.2 in not issuing pattadar pass books and title deed - cum - e-pass book on the application No.RMU011800619427, dated 11.05.2018, made by the petitioner under Form 6(A) in respect of the land admeasuring Ac.1.20 cents out of Acs.15.48 cents in Survey No.238, situated at Vedurukuppam Mandal, No.4 Vedurukuppam Group and Vedurukuppam village accounts, Chittoor District, as illegal and arbitrary.

3) Though various grounds are raised in the writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the application dated 11.05.2018, made by the petitioner, at the earliest. 4) Learned Government Pleader for Revenue submits that if the said application is still pending consideration, the same would be considered in accordance with law, at the earliest.

5) Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to dispose of the application dated 11.05.2018, made by the petitioner, under Form 6(A) in respect of the land admeasuring Ac.1.20 cents out of Acs.15.48 cents in Survey No.238, situated at Vedurukuppam Mandal, No.4 Vedurukuppam Group and Vedurukuppam village accounts, Chittoor District, in accordance with law, as early as possible, preferably within a period of three (03) months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.
