HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR Writ Petition No. 20356 of 2011 O R D E R:

The grievance of the petitioners in this case was that the police authorities had not registered a case against respondent Nos. 9 and 10 herein pursuant to their complaint dated 13.5.2011.

The Sub-Inspector of Police, Amaravathi Police Station, Guntur District,

filed a counter affidavit stating that Crime No. 134 of 2011 was registered on the file of the Amaravathi Police Station, under Section 323 read with 34 I.P.C. basing upon the complaint lodged by the petitioners. In that view of the matter, the grievance of the petitioners stands redressed and no further orders are required to be passed in this writ petition, which is accordingly dismissed.

Pending miscellaneous petitions shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
