Heard.

The grievance of the petitioners is with regard to non-issuance of pattadar passbooks and title deeds with regard to the land admeasuring Ac.8-01 cents in R.S.No.161/1 situated at Pulluru Village and Grampanchayat, Mylavaram Mandal, Krishna District. The petitioners claim the aforesaid land on the basis of the registered sale deed bearing document No.3029 of 2010 and they stated to have applied under Form 6-A on two occasions viz., 02-02-2015 and 22-04-2015, enclosing registered sale deed and requested for mutation of their names in the revenue records and for issuance of pattadar passbooks and title deeds. Alleging that the 3rd respondent has not taken any action and he is not even considering the subsequent representation of the petitioners, dated 15-06-2015, the present writ petition is filed.

In view of the fact that the petitioners have already made appropriate application under Form 6-A, as referred to above, it is appropriate to direct the 3rd respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders expeditiously, preferably within one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
