This writ petition is filed to declare the action of the respondents in insisting for production of Town Survey and 'Land Record Certificate' (TSLR) and 'No Objection Certificate' (NOC) for receiving and process the application for building permission to an extent of 227.79 square yards in house bearing Municipal No.3-1-274 situated at Nimboliadda, Kachiguda, Hyderabad as illegal and arbitrary.

Both counsel say that lis in the writ petition is covered by order dated 11-03-2015 passed by this Court in WP.No.6068 of 2015.

In view of the same, following the same, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to take appropriate decision on the application made by the petitioner seeking permission to construct a building in accordance with the provisions of the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation Act, 1955 and Building Rules and Regulations made thereunder, without insisting for production of TSLR certificate and No Objection Certificate from the revenue authorities. There shall be no order as to costs.
