ORAL ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking the following relief: "...to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondent Nos. 4 and 5 in permitting the respondent No.6 to carry on the gravel quarry operations at the property being an extent of Ac. 11.20 cents in Sy.No.202/1 of Atmakuru Village, Mangalagiri Mandal of Guntur District as illegal and ultra vires to Articles 14 and 19(1)(g) of the Constitution of India besides directing to stop the illegal quarrying operations at the above property and pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case".

Heard learned counsel for petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Mines & Geology (AP) for respondents 1,3 and 4, learned Government Pleader for Revenue (AP) for respondents 2 and 5 and Sri V.Ravinder Rao, learned senior counsel appearing for respondent No.6. Learned counsel for petitioner submitted that subsequent to filing the writ petition, respondents passed orders dated 11.11.2016 rejecting revision filed by the petitioner, confirming the earlier orders dated 11.8.2014 and 2.12.2013 and the said orders are challenged in WP No. 42504 of 2016.

In view of the same, cause in the writ petition does not survive and the writ petition is dismissed. No costs.

Having regard to the same, miscellaneous, if any pending, are closed.
