HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.11570 OF 2011 ORDER:

This petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondent in conducting public auction on 25.04.2011 in pursuance of the sealed Tender-cum-Public auction notice dated 24.03.2011 for Pokkunuru Revu, Chandarlapadu Mandal, Krishna District.

This Court while the admitting the writ petition granted interim order permitting the petitioner to participate in the auction to be held on 25.04.2011 in pursuance of the Auction Notice dated 24.03.2011.

In pursuance to the interim direction, public auction is conducted for collection of tax for a period of 12 months i.e. for the year 2010-2011 and by this time the period of 12 months for grant of rights for collection of tax is also over. As such, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of interim order granted by this Court on 25.04.2011. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
