This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the docket order dated 27.07.2015 passed in C.C.No.640 of 2010 on the file of the Court of IV Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate at Visakhapatnam.

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal petition. Permission is granted.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
