Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue. With the consent of both the parties, the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage. 2.

The present Writ Petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of respondent Nos.3 and 4 in not disposing the petitioner's representations dated 03.10.2016 and 06.12.2016 relating to correction of the entries in revenue records with regard to Survey No.310 instead of 309 situated at Kotcherla Village, Epuru Mandal, Guntur District, as illegal and arbitrary. 3.

Though various grounds are raised, learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer seeking a direction to the respondentauthorities to consider the representations dated 03.10.2016 and 06.12.2016, in accordance with law, at the earliest. Learned Government Pleader does not dispute the same, provided the said representations are in accordance with law.

Having regard to the above, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent-authorities to consider the representations dated 03.10.2016 and 06.12.2016, within a period of eight to ten weeks, in accordance with law, at the earliest. It is needless to mention that the respondent-authorities shall hear the petitioner and the aggrieved persons, if any.

Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order. No costs.
