THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.32362 of 2018 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up, it is brought to the notice of this Court that on the complaints made by the petitioner herein, the Assistant Commissioner, Endowments Department, Vijayawada/R.3 herein vide Rc.No.A1/6720/2017, dated 13.10.2017, made a recommendation to the Commissioner for necessary publication of the 4th respondent-institution. It is the grievance of the petitioner in the present Writ Petition that despite his representations and the said recommendation made by the 3rd respondent, no further action has been taken by the 2nd respondent in the direction of redressing the grievance of the petitioner herein.

On the other hand, learned Government Pleader submits that the matter will be verified and appropriate action will be taken, strictly in accordance with law.

Recording the said submission, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the Writ Petition, directing the 2nd respondent to take appropriate action, strictly in accordance with law, pursuant to the proceedings Rc.No.A1/6720/2017, dated 13.10.2017, of the Assistant Commissioner-R.3, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
