Sri Metta Chendra Sekhar Rao, counsel appearing on behalf of appellant in Civil Miscellaneous Appeal No.482 of 2019, and for petitioners in Civil Revision Petition Nos.1022 of 2019 and 5209 of 2018, states that this Court may dispose of all these matters by giving a direction to the X Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, at Hyderabad to expedite disposal of M.H.O.P.No.456 of 2017 on his file, since the issue arises under the Mental Health Act, 1987 in respect of an individual who is alleged to be mentally ill. 3.
This course of action is not opposed by the counsel for respondents.

Accordingly, these matters are disposed of directing the X Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, at Hyderabad to expedite disposal of M.H.O.P.No.456 of 2017 on his file before 31.12.2019 since both parties agree to co-operate with the said Court for such expeditious disposal considering the nature of the matters. No order as to costs.
