THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.38561 of 2013 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents in not considering the representation of the petitioner, dated 14.05.2012 and interfering with his land to an extent of Ac.3.16 guntas in Survey No.44, situated at Anneparthy Village, Nalgonda Mandal and District.

Now, a counter-affidavit is filed stating that pursuant to the order in W.P.No.16156, dated 24.09.2003, the land in Survey No.44 was re-surveyed by the Mandal Revenue Officer, Nalgonda Mandal, and demarcated an extent of Ac.3.16 guntas in favour of the petitioner. He also conducted panchanama on 03.02.2009 in the presence of the then Commandant of 12th Battalion. 3.

In view of clear possession of land to an extent of Ac.3.16 guntas in Survey No.44 by the petitioner, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no further orders are necessary in the present Writ Petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
