CVNR,J & TR,J F.C.A.No.211 of 2016 27.01.2017 JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Family Court Appeal is filed against the order and decree, dated 30.06.2016, in F.C.O.P.No.74 of 2011 on the file of the Judge, Family Court, Hyderabad, whereby he has dismissed the said F.C.O.P. filed by the appellant for dissolution of marriage with the respondent. 2.

On 29.12.2016, the learned counsel for the appellant was not present and no one represented him at the hearing. Therefore, the case was adjourned to today. Even today, when the case is called, there is no representation for the appellant. Hence, it is reasonable to presume that the appellant is not interested in pursuing his cause in the appeal. 3.

The Family Court Appeal is, accordingly, dismissed for non-prosecution.
