ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging the proceedings dated 07.09.2015 issued by the 3rd respondent-Revenue Divisional Officer, suspending the authorization of the petitioner's fair price shop No.10 situated at Cheruvugattu Village, Narketpally Mandal, Nalgonda District.

Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies appearing for the respondents. At the hearing both the learned counsel submit that this writ petition is squarely covered by the order of this Court in W.P.No.4751 of 2016, dated 15.02.2016.

Following the same and for the reasons stated therein, this writ petition is also disposed of directing the 3rd respondent-Revenue Divisional Officer to consider the explanation submitted by the petitioner and pass final orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order by duly following the principles of natural justice and affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
