HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.11004 OF 2012

O R D E R

This writ petition is filed challenging the impugned proceedings dated 09.03.2011 passed by the 1st respondent withdrawing the cheque power of the petitioner without specifying the period, as illegal and arbitrary.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri G.Narender Reddy, learned counsel appearing for respondent No.3 as well as the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj submitted that that term of the petitioner is expired by August 2011 itself, as such the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication and has become infructuous.

Recording the aforesaid submission, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. Any interim order granted earlier shall stand vacated. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
