THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.8108 of 2017 ORDER:

This criminal petition is filed, by the petitioners-accused Nos.6, 8 and 9 under Section 438 Cr.P.C., seeking pre arrest bail in Crime No.227 of 2017 on the file of the Station House Officer, Miryalaguda Rural Police Station, Nalgonda District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 409 IPC and Section 7 of Essential Commodities Act, 1955.

At the time of arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are intending to surrender before the trial Court. He further submitted that the trial Court may be directed to dispose of the bail petition that may be filed by the petitioners on the same day.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to go into the merits of the main case. As and when the petitioner appears and files bail application, the learned Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Miryalaguda, is directed to dispose of the same, on the same day, in accordance with law. 4.
