/ This court, while dismissing the writ petition by Order dated 07.01.2025 imposed costs of Rs.25,000/- on the petitioner as well as his counsel, and directed that the costs be paid in favour of Akshaya Patra Foundation, Kandi, SangareddY.

The petitioner, through this application, prays that the costs of Rs.25,000/- may be set aside. This Court is inclined to consider the prayer of the petitioner.
