ORDER

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the 2nd respondent in not taking action on the representation submitted by the petitioner-Society to stop the unauthorized construction being made by the 3rd respondent. Even before filing the writ petition, it appears that the construction was completed and the 3rd respondent applied for regularization of unauthorized constructions.

When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned counsel appearing for the 3rd respondent produced before this Court a copy of the proceedings dated 5.3.2010, whereby all further proceedings and action of enforcement initiated or contemplated against the said building are withdrawn and construction was regularized.

In view of the same, nothing survives for consideration in the present writ petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
