This criminal petition is filed by petitioners - accused Nos.2 to 4, under sections 437 and 439 Cr.P.C., seeking bail in Crime No.105 of 2015 of Rolugunta Police Station, Visakhapatnam Town & District registered for the offences punishable under Sections 20 (b) & 25 of NDPS Act. A perusal of the record discloses that the seized ganja is 100 kgs, which is commercial quantity. Hence this Court is not inclined to grant bail to petitioners - accused Nos.2 to 4.
