Order:

This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief:

"Issue a writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction declaring the inaction of the Respondents in taking action against the alienation passed by the Panchayath of the land to an extent of Ac. 0-40 cents in Survey No.

333/3A situated beside Bye pass road, Ravuripet village, Ramannapet

Panchayath, Vetapalem Mandal, Prakasam District, to the 5th respondent on the petitioner's representation as illegal, arbitrary, and contrary to law."

A perusal of the record shows that the list of events in Annexure-I is thoroughly incomplete and that the same is not in conformity with the Writ Rules. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to file a fresh Writ Petition with proper list of events.
