HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.2284 OF 2013 ORDER:

In this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, petitioner seeks to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.403 of 2012 on the file of Judicial First Class Magistrate, Nakrekal, registered for the offence under Section 138 N.I.Act. 2.

When the matter came up for hearing, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor produced the case status of the lower court and submitted that the case has been disposed of on 25.04.2018 and therefore, the petition which is filed to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.403 of 2012 has become infructuous and hence the same may be dismissed. 3.

In view of the above submission of learned Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as Infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
