HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE K. LAKSHMAN WRIT PETITION No.44070 of 2022 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Assignment.

The petitioner herein is claiming that he is the absolute owner and possessor of land admeasuring Ac.0-20 gts in Sy.No.326 situated at Pratapsingaram village, Ghatkesar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, on the strength of registered sale deed bearing document No.2239 of 2004 dated 16.02.2004. He has requested respondent Nos.2 and 3 to mutate his name and issue Pattadar Passbook in respect of the aforesaid land, but the same was not considered. Therefore, he has filed W.P.No.41638 of 2018 and this Court vide order dated 19.11.2018 disposed of the said writ petition, directing 2nd respondent to consider the said request made by the petitioner and take action within a period of two (2) months from the date of receipt of copy of the said order. 2nd respondent had issued notice dated 08.07.2020, fixing the date of hearing on 25.07.2020. According to learned counsel, the petitioner had appeared before 2nd respondent on 25.07.2020 and submitted documents. Thereafter, 2nd respondent did not conclude the aforesaid enquiry. Therefore, the present writ petition.

Whereas learned Assistant Government Pleader for Assignment on instructions would submit that 2nd respondent will complete the enquiry in compliance of the aforesaid order dated 19.11.2018 and pursuant to the aforesaid notice dated 08.07.2020. 4.

In view of the aforesaid discussion, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing 2nd respondent to conclude the enquiry in compliance of the order dated 19.11.2018 in W.P.No.41638 of 2018 and notice dated 08.07.2020, strictly in accordance with law by putting the petitioner and all affected parties on notice and affording them an opportunity of hearing. He shall complete the entire exercise within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the Writ Petition shall stand closed.
