Sri Bovva Satyanarayana, learned Government Pleader for Home, submits that with the passage of time, nothing further survives in this writ petition. That seems to be the reason why nobody is coming forward to work it out on merits. No interim order, though the writ petition was admitted, was granted at any point of time. In the circumstances, writ petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
