This Civil Revision Petition under Section 227 of the Constitution of India is filed challenging the Order dt.21.11.2012 in I.A.No.319 of 2012 in O.S.No.109 of 2002 passed by the II Additional Senior Civil Judge, Vijayawada in an application filed under Order 7, Rule 10 CPC and Sections 83 and 85 of Wakf Act r/ w Sec. 151 CPC.

During the pendency of this revision, the suit itself was disposed of on 05.08.2013 as per the information collected by the registry. Hence, the revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand closed.
