Mohammed Kaleemullah v. The Government Of Andhra Pradesh
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.9802 of 2012 ORDER:
This Writ Petition was filed challenging G.O.Rt.No.111, dated 18.01.2012, appointing the fourth respondent as Special Public Prosecutor to conduct the prosecution in S.C.No.279 of 2011 on the file of the learned Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Hyderabad. This Court while suspending the aforesaid order by order dated 09.04.2012 observed that the suspension does not preclude the trial of the Sessions Case to be conducted by the regular Public Prosecutor, and the third respondent was given liberty to engage either the fourth respondent or any other person to assist the prosecution. In view of the same, learned Counsel for the respondents submits that the trial is concluded, and it is posted for arguments. Recording the aforesaid submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. ________________________________ (A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO, J) 25.02.2016 vs
