HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 32263 of 2018 ORDER:

1) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Government Pleader for Revenue. With the consent of both the parties, the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself.

2) The present writ petition came to be filed challenging the orders passed by the Revenue Divisional Officer - respondent No.3, confirming the orders passed by the Tahsildar - respondent No.4 under Section 6 of the Andhra Pradesh Land Encroachment Act.

3) At the time when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in view of the statutory remedy available to the petitioner, liberty may be given to approach the appropriate authority. 4) Having regard to the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to file an appeal before the appropriate authority. It is needless to mention that the petitioner shall also file an application seeking interim orders along with the appeal, in which event, the authorities concerned shall deal with the same, in accordance with law, at the earliest.
