THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY WRIT PETITION Nos. 12446 & 12457 of 2017 COMMON ORDER:

These Writ Petitions, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, are filed to quash the proceedings in FIR No.06 of 2017 on the file of Women Police Station, Vijayawada City, Krishna District, registered for the offences under Sections 376, 420, 506 and 420 IPC. As no interim order was passed by this Court, the Investigating Agency completed the investigation and filed Charge sheet on 21.05.2018 before II Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Vijayawada and it is pending for consideration. In view of completion of investigation and filing of charge sheet, the cause in this Writ Petition does not survive and no further adjudication is necessary.

Accordingly, these Writ Petitions are dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous Petition, if any pending, in this case, shall stand dismissed.
