THE HONOURABLE SRI WSTICE K.SURENDER CRIMINAL PETITION No.9562 of 2O18 ORDER:
This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Crimina-l Procedure, 1973 (for short 'Cr.P.C. J by the petitioner/Accused, to quash the proceedings against him in CC.No.65O of 2Ol7 on the file of VI Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate at Nampally, Hyderabad. The offences alleged against the petitioner are under Sections 354-D of the Indian Penal Code and Section 66(A), (b) of the Income-tax Act, 20O8. 2.
None appears for the petitioner.

The CC is of the year 2077. No interim order was granted by this Court when the case was filed in the year 2018. The stage of the CC before the trial Court is not known.

In the said circumstances, I do not find any reason to keep the petition pending. Accordingly, the criminal petition is disposed off granting liberty to the petitioner to approach this Court, if cause survlves.
