Mtrs., situated in Sy.No. 7813 of Hafeezpet Village, Serilingampally Mandal, Rangareddy Drstrict.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with a liberty to avail the remedies available under law.

2. Sri C. Buchi Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for Telangana State Housing Board appearing for respondent No.4 submitted that on the very same subject property, the petitioners already instituted a suit uide O.S.No.S7O of 2024 on the file of the I Additional District Judge, Ranga Reddy District and the same is pending for adjudication.

Permission as sought for by the learned counsel for the petitioners is accorded.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting the liberty as prayed for. No order as to costs. 5.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this writ petition shall stand dismissed.
