O R D E R

The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondents 4 to 6 have encroached on the public road situated on the western side of their premises bearing H.No.13-2-360/ 3/ A, Police Quarters, Jali Hanuman Road, Hyderabad, thereby preventing their free passage.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that bringing this aspect to the notice of the respondent authorities, petitioner filed representation dated 1.11.2016. It is also submitted that the apart from the petitioners, as many as thirty residences of the locality, have also made representation dated 22.10.2016, but no action has been taken till date. The learned Standing Counsel for the official respondents 1 to 3 submits that by following the due process of law if the allegations made by the petitioner are found to be true, necessary action would be initiated. In view of the above facts and circumstances and the submissions of the learned counsel, the writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission directing the respondents 1 to 3 to act on the representation said to have been made by the petitioner dated 1.11.2016, in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs.
