HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.32238 of 2018 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed seeking the following relief: "to issue an appropriate writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents No 6 is illegal arbitrary and violative of article 300 of Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents No 2 to 5 to maintain the peace and tranquility at the disputed plot measuring 43 X 40 feets, situated near Usmania Masjid Asifabad." 2.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on instructions, produced written instructions, wherein it is stated that the petitioner never approached the Station House Officer, Kumram Bheem Police Station in lodging any report regarding the allegations made in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition. It is stated that if the petitioner approaches the police station and gives any report, the respondent-police will take appropriate action on the same. It is stated that the other allegation with regard to interfering with the civil disputes pending between the petitioner and the 5th respondent is denied.

Recording the submissions made in the written instructions, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondent-police not to interfere with the civil disputes pending between the petitioner and the 5th respondent.
