This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner/A-2, to quash F.I.R.No.59 of 2011 on the file of Suryapet Town Police Station, Nalgonda District, registered for the offence punishable under Section 36 (c) read with Section 41 of the A.P.Excise Act, 1968.

The learned Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana representing respondents 1 and 2 submitted that the petitioner/A-2 died on 27.06.2012 and therefore requested this Court to dismiss this Criminal Petition as abated.
