This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner - accused No.2 under Sections 437 and 439 Cr.P.C., seeking bail in Crime No.160 of 2014 on the file of Piler Police Station, Chittoor District, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 201 and 120-B r/w 34 IPC. Heard and perused the material available on record. It is alleged that A1 to A4 followed deceased Nos.1 and 2, who were going on a motor cycle, in a car, hit the motor cycle and attacked the deceased Nos.1 and 2, with hunting sickles and hacked on the face, hands and head of deceased No.1 and hacked on the face, head of deceased No.2, as a result of which, deceased No.1 died on the spot and deceased No.2 died in the hospital while undergoing treatment.

The earlier application filed by the petitioner was dismissed by this Court. There are no changed circumstances in the present case. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed. ______________________ JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO 05th January, 2016 Nn
