Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri A.Ravi Kumar, learned counsel for respondents.

This Writ Petition is filed by the petitioner challenging the order dt.02-12-2016 suspending the petitioner pending enquiry and also framing charges against the petitioner. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the charges leveled against the petitioner are false and several irregularities have been committed by the respondents in violation of the Regulations governing the disciplinary proceedings in the organization and grave prejudice is caused to the petitioner. 4.

Admittedly the petitioner submitted explanation to the charge memo. Therefore, it is not open for this Court to pre-judge the issue and give an advance ruling on the contentions raised by the petitioner since it is not the case of the petitioner that the order suspending him from service pending enquiry is one without jurisdiction. I am not inclined to interfere with the impugned order. 5.

Therefore, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. 6.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
