Learned counsel for the petitioner does not press this C.R.P. and seeks direction to the Family Court to decide O.P.No.70 of 2012 within time frame. In O.P.No.70 of 2012, the petitioner seeks custody of his minor children. In the circumstances, C.R.P. is disposed of as not pressed. The Family Court shall hear and decide O.P.No.70 of 2012 as expeditiously as possible and preferably within one year from the date of receipt of this order. All contentions on merits are kept open.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, also stand disposed of.
