CVNR, J & MGR, J WP.No.30300 of 2010 Dt: 06.07.2018 Order: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed for issue of a Mandamus to set aside Order, dated 23-11-2001, in CD.No.80 of 1997 and consequential Order, dated 08-11-2003, in P:No.1 of 2002, Order dated 21-04-2006, in CD.No.80/97 and Order, dated 15-04-2008, in EA.No.2008 on the file of respondent No.1- Andhra Pradesh State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission. A perusal of the record shows that against Order, dated 23.11.2001, the petitioners filed First Appeal No.36 of 2002 on the file of the National Consumers Disputes Redressal Commission, New Delhi (for short 'the National Commission'), and that the same was dismissed for non-prosecution.

The learned Counsel for the petitioners has candidly stated that during the pendency of this Writ Petition, the Supreme Court has dismissed the Special Leave Petition (SLP) filed against the said Order of the National Commission.

Having, thus, availed all their remedies available under the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986, the petitioners have filed this Writ Petition which, in our opinion, is wholly misconceived as this Court would not sit in the appeal/review

CVNR, J & MGR, J WP.No.30300 of 2010 Dt: 06.07.2018 over the orders passed by the hierarchical authorities including the Supreme Court.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
