THE HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN AND THE HON'BLE SMT JUSTICE T.RAJANI WP(PIL).No.182 of 2016 and W.P.Nos.20016 of 2014 & 13065 of 2015 COMMON ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Ramesh Ranganathan) In our order dated 06.06.2017 we had recorded the statement of the learned Government Pleader for Revenue that the matter be taken up after two weeks to enable the District Collector, Kothagudem to make efforts to bring about reconciliation between both the rival factions of the Village, so that the prohibitory orders issued on 29.09.2012, more than four and half years ago, can be lifted. Today the learned Government Pleader for Revenue, on instructions from the District Collector, Kothagudem, states that the efforts made to bring about re-conciliation between the rival factions were successful and, as the rival parties have resolved to live amicably, necessary steps would be taken to lift the prohibitory orders within ten days from today.
Recording the submission of the learned Government Pleader for Revenue, all the three Writ Petitions are closed. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall also stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
