HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 32255 of 2018 ORDER:

1) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Government Pleader for Revenue. With the consent of both the parties, the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself.

2) The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the inaction of the second respondent in issuing mutation proceedings and also the title book cum pattadar pass book in respect with the land admeasuring Ac.0.11 guntas equal to 1331 square yards in Survey No.794, situated at Porumalla Village Shivar of Medipally Mandal of Jagtial District (erstwhile Karimnagar District), by considering the application made by the petitioner on 10.03.2016, as illegal and arbitrary. 3) Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that though the petitioner made the application in the month of March, 2016, till date, no orders are passed in the said application.

4) Learned Government Pleader for Revenue submits that if the said application is still pending consideration, the same would be considered in accordance with law, at the earliest.

5) Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the second respondent to dispose of the application dated 10.03.2016, made by the petitioner, seeking issuance of mutation proceedings and also the title book cum pattadar pass book in respect with the land admeasuring Ac.0.11 guntas equal to 1331 square yards in Survey No.794, situated at Porumalla Village Shivar of Medipally Mandal of Jagtial District (erstwhile Karimnagar District), in accordance with law, as early as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.
