THE HONOURABLE SMT. JUSTICE K. SUJANA CRIMINAL PETITION No.14422 of 2025 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner-accused seeking the Court to relax the condition imposed in the bail order dated 29.10.2024 passed in Crl.M.P.No.902 of 2024 by the Special Judge for Trial of Offences under the SCs and STs (POA) Act, 1989 - cum - III Additional District and Sessions Judge, Sangareddy in Crime No.482 of 2024 of Ameenpur Police Station, Sangareddy District.

Heard Sri N. Narendhar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner as well as Sri Arun Kumar Doddla, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondent.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was granted bail by the trial Court vide order dated 29.10.2024 in Crl.M.P.No.902 of 2024 and the petitioner was directed to appear before the Station House Officer every Saturday before 12 noon until the filing of the charge sheet. The petitioner has been complying with this condition diligently and has been appearing before the concerned Investigating Officer as and when required for the past one year. In view of this compliance and the

SKS,J Crl.P.No.14422 of 2025 progress of the investigation, prayed the Court to relax of the condition.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the charge sheet has already been filed and numbered as Spl.SC.No.55 of 2025 and that the continued appearance of the petitioner before the Investigating Officer is no longer necessary and prayed the Court to pass appropriate orders.

Upon consideration of the submissions made and on perusal of the material available on record, the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.902 of 2024 dated 29.10.2024, is hereby relaxed. 6.

Accordingly, the Criminal petition is allowed. Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
