THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CRIMINAL PETITION NO.9593 OF 2018 ORDER:

This criminal petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code (for short "Cr.P.C.") to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.147 of 2018 pending on the file of the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Tekkali, Srikakulam District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 270 and 273 of Indian Penal Code (for short "I.P.C.") and Section 54 read with 59 of Food Safety Standard Act, 2006.

Learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor for the State of Andhra Pradesh submit that the issue involved in this petition is squarely covered by the order of this Court in Criminal Petition No.3731 of 2018 and batch dated 27.08.2018.

In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor for the State of Andhra Pradesh, this criminal petition also stands allowed in terms of the said order. No costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed.
